Location: Portlethen Academy, Burntland Road, AB12 4QL
Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-15:00, 10:00-18:00, 14:00-22:00 (Rotating shift patterns)
Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Hourly Rate: 313.40 P/H

What youll do:
Carrying out routine and ad-hoc janitorial duties in support of all on site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions * Carrying out planned janitorial maintenance duties in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures and undertake any property maintenance work within the post holders range of competence

• Supervising, developing and monitoring of all cleaning staff to ensure cleaning standards are maintained in accordance with contract conditions and agreed quality management procedures
• Maintaining the safe and efficient operation of all the schools energy systems in accordance with agreed contract conditions
• Providing support and assistance to any other sites as directed by the Lead Janitor or Facilities Manager

What youll need:

• Awareness of Health & Safety issues and the need for safe methods of working
• Awareness of COSHH regulations
• The successful candidate will require a PVG/Disclosure Check.
