Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional to support strategy execution and performance analysis for the Japanese market. This role involves evaluating marketing initiatives-including affiliate campaigns-using tools like Google Analytics to drive data-informed decisions and business growth.
You will also assist in planning and executing campaigns and events, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact.
Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the marketing strategy tailored to the Japanese market
  • Monitor and research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour in Japan Collaborate with global teams to align campaigns and branding
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help shape the overall marketing roadmap
Required Skills & Experience
  • Native Japanese speaker with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with campaign analysis, digital marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of the Japanese online customer journey and media landscape Highly creative and motivated, with a proven ability to generate innovative marketing ideas Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making * Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the online trading, financial services, or iGaming industry is advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects
