Job Description

We are seeking a

skilled and passionate Java Fullstack Engineer

to join an agile development team. This role plays a critical part in designing and building scalable backend microservices, configuring cloud-native DevOps pipelines, and contributing to the development of complex decisioning platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Cloud & DevOps:

Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments to support application delivery.

Testing & Quality:

Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and performance of mission-critical applications.

Collaboration:

Work closely within an agile team to deliver backend features, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Solution Design:

Partner with architects and product owners to define and implement technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Backend Development:

5-15 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

Cloud & DevOps:

Proven experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure, including configuration of CI/CD pipelines.

API Development:

Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.

Frontend Exposure:

Working knowledge of React or Angular.

Testing:

Solid background in automated testing and quality assurance practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Good to Have

GCP Data Services:

Familiarity with tools such as BigQuery, Spanner, Cloud Composer, or Dataflow.

Generative AI:

Exposure to frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph, and an interest in developing agentic solutions.
