What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering a

luxury experience

for each customer -- guiding them through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

outstanding, personalised customer service

in-store and by phone. Confidently advise clients on diamonds, gemstones, and bespoke designs. Ensure all customers receive an

exceptional, high-touch experience

from consultation through to aftercare. Maintain strong product knowledge to present our jewellery with

passion and accuracy

. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects the quality of our brand. Support with opening and closing the store and follow all security procedures. Follow up with clients, nurture relationships, and request reviews. Report any stock discrepancies, security issues, or suspicious behaviour. Assist clients through our bespoke ring and jewellery design process.

Flexible with scheduling, including weekends.

Required Experience:

2+ years in retail sales (jewellery or luxury sector preferred). 2+ years in customer service. Fluent in English. Must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Must be able to reliably commute to EC1N 8AN or plan to relocate.
