Job Description

We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Advisor in our Hatton Garden showroom in London to deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and drive sales by promoting our products. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a strong background in sales and customer service. They should possess good knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and stock control. An interest in social media would be an advantage!

We seeking someone with excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the jewellery industry and its products. The successful candidate should demonstrate effective time management, working efficiently and collaboratively with internal and external colleagues and clients.

Role Responsibilities



Ensuring interactions are logged and orders are placed on the system correctly. Advising customers on components and manufacturing suitability. Resolving customer complaints and concerns. Maintaining own jewellery knowledge and an understanding of the products. Collaborating with Birmingham colleagues to resolve issues or to enhance the customer's journey Responding to customer feedback making sure all key stakeholders are informed.

Qualifications and Education



Experience in manufacturing production processes and stock control Maths equivalent to GCSE C grade or above. Adept at using Customer Relationship management systems (CRM) Jewellery Product knowledge is an advantage.

Salary:



Negotiable/dependent on experience

Working Hours:



37.5 hours per week, 08:30 - 16:30 Monday - Friday (no weekend working)
