About the Role:



We are looking for a Full Time Jewellery Sales Executive to join our talented and award-winning team. Whether you have experience in jewellery sales or come from a high-end or luxury retail background, this is your chance to grow your career with an industry leader.

You will be the face of Wongs - greeting customers with a warm smile, guiding them through their journey, and helping create memories that last a lifetime.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in jewellery sales and a JET qualification is preferred, but not essential. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is:

Positive, smiling, and confident with a customer-first attitude Willing to work hard and take pride in their role Social media savvy and happy to promote our brand online Well-presented with a smart, professional appearance Passionate about delivering outstanding service Driven, focused, and eager to succeed

Key Responsibilities:



Provide exceptional service to every customer in-store and via online sales channels Offer expert guidance on product ranges, bespoke jewellery, and engagement pieces Build genuine relationships that lead to trust and loyalty Collaborate closely with other team members and departments Maintain excellent showroom presentation at all times Use social media to support client communication and marketing efforts Handle sales processes from enquiry to aftercare with care and efficiency
