KATA Jewellery are a luxury, family run, bespoke jewellery boutique. KATA specialises in bespoke jewellery design & jewellery remodelling. We also have our inhouse ready to wear collection which is all handcrafted in our on-site workshop.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Jewellery Social Media Marketing & Business Support Assistant in our Royal Tunbridge Wells retail workshop.

We are looking for a outgoing & confident individual to assist in the day to day running of our jewellery business, run our social media, online & traditional marketing, copy writing and website. The role is quite varied and flexible depending on the needs of the business. As a small business, we all wear a few different 'hats' but this makes the role varied and exciting as each day is different.

The role would include:

Creating high quality written content for website pages, articles, newsletters and social media platforms

Creating social media content (photography & video)

Preparing and executing the social media schedule

Online marketing campaigns

Loading products onto website pages (Wordpress, training given)

Assisting Company Directors with Administration tasks

Assisting is the smooth running of the retail shop

Daily set up & pack down of the stock

Keeping retail & office space clean & tidy

Some face to face interaction with clients, providing a supporting role

Beneficial skills:

Jewellery knowledge (not essential as training given)

Ability to utilise Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks

Experience with social media marketing

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5.30pm

Salary: starting at 26,000
