The Role
We're looking for a creative, organised, and social media-savvy individual to join our marketing team as a
Social Media Marketing Assistant
! In this role, you'll look after the social media presence of a wide range of interesting clients. Creating and scheduling social media posts that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive sales for restaurants and takeaways across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and schedule content that helps to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive real results for restaurants and takeaways across the UK.
Monitor social media platforms for customer interactions and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.
Collaborate with clients to meet their goals.
Monitor social media performance and make recommendations.
Help shape and implement social media strategies for clients across various platforms in collaboration with the wider marketing team (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices (advising clients and management accordingly).
Support the marketing team with additional tasks and projects as needed related to digital marketing.
We're after someone who loves social media, enjoys working with local businesses, and thrives in a creative environment. Here's what we'd love to see:
Strong organisational skills: required to work on multiple client accounts.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong eye for detail.
Creative mindset with a flair for content creation (visual and written).
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva or similar (basic graphic design).
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
Desirable (But Not Essential):
Experience in or knowledge of the hospitality industry
Experience of social media management (ideally multiple brands in an agency setting).
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Heropost, Buffer, Hootsuite)
A basic understanding of SEO, GDPR, and content copyright considerations
Experience in using Meta Business Suite.
