As a Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading your team to achieve sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

Support the manager in leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales and operational goals. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and merchandising. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Supervise staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities. Maintain an organised and clean store environment that reflects the brand's standards. Collaborate with upper management to implement promotional strategies and initiatives.

Skills

Proven experience in team management within a retail environment. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating others. Experience in retail management, including knowledge of sales strategies and inventory control. Excellent organisational skills to ensure smooth store operations. Supervising experience with the ability to provide constructive feedback. Administrative proficiency for handling reports, schedules, and other documentation. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
