Supporting individuals to achieve their personal, social, and employment goals Building trusted relationships with local employers and community partners Creating practical, strengths-based plans that empower people to succeed in real-world settings

What You'll Bring:

Experience supporting others -- whether in care, at home, in education, community work, or a similar role A proactive, empathetic, and collaborative approach A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
