Are you detail-oriented, software savvy, and have a passion for property? We are looking for a reliable and motivated Property Inspector to join our team covering the South Wales Valleys for our rapidly growing portfolio, covering mid-term property inspections, check-in, and check-out tenancy reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mid-term property inspections for rental properties, ensuring the property is well-maintained and noting any issues for repair.
-Ensuring all safety compliance is recorded such as smoke alarms.
- Complete check-in and check-out reports with a high level of accuracy using our bespoke property management software.
- Schedule and manage your own appointments with Contract Holders (previously known as tenants) and Landlords, ensuring timely and efficient visits.
- Ensure reports are finalised and submitted for sign-off by both Contract Holders (previously known as tenants) and landlords.
- Communicate effectively with Contract Holders (previously known tenants) landlords, and the letting agency team regarding any issues or concerns.
- Drive to various property locations throughout the South Wales valleys for scheduled inspections.
Requirements:
- Must be IT literate and able to efficiently use our bespoke property management software (training provided).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.
- Pass a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check prior to starting the role.
- Experience in property inspections and/or property maintenance or within the letting industry is highly advantageous.
