Property Inspector
Job Description
Mature, self-motivated and disciplined person required, to work full-time. The applicant will be carrying out "mid-Term" rental inspections, "property inventory" and "check-out" inspections for a growing family business, on a subcontractor/self-employed basis initially.
The applicant must be reasonably tech literate (be able to use an android phone and PC). Must be able to write competently in English. Must have own car, must be presentable and be able to pass a DBS check. The job involves interacting with a broad selection of the public, so a cheerful and friendly person would do best in this role.
This job would suit a settled person in their thirties onwards, but all ages considered, for the right candidiate .
