We are seeking an experienced Academic Head / Director of Studies to oversee our academic operations. Retired professionals are welcome to apply (no age limit). The role requires strong leadership and the ability to ensure high-quality training and compliance with educational standards and working along side awarding bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee curriculum delivery and academic standards. Maintain and implement academic policies. Manage timetables and create academic plans. Liaise with awarding bodies and other accredited organisations. Ensure all assessments and teaching practices meet regulatory requirements. Support and guide teaching staff and assessors. Record meetings and liaise with academic staff and teachers under your supervision Recruit new staff and lead all academic departments Oversee Health & Safety and manage staff development
Requirements:
Mandatory
Assessor qualification. Strong knowledge of academic policies and compliance. Leadership and mentoring experience in an educational setting. Retired professionals or candidates of any age are welcome to apply.How to Apply:
