PA to Assistant Head, Director of The Sixth Form




Required from: ASAP
Hours: 20 hours per week term time only (including INSET days in September and A level results day in mid August
Contract Term: Permanent
Salary will depend on experience plus benefits

We are looking for a really efficient and well organised PA to support our Director of Sixth Form. You must already be a confident experienced PA who would love the challenge of assisting a very busy individual with an interesting and diverse range of work. You will need to be based predominantly at school.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. You will need to be able to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate a pro-active approach and show initiative for planning and prioritising work. You must maintain confidentiality at all times, while also being tactful and professional.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, a high level of confidence to co-ordinate all aspects of the role, provide high quality administrative and organisational support as well as first class organisational and diary management skills.
