Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable
Casual Coach
to deliver1-to-1 football sessions
. This is a flexible role that offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of players, tailoring training to meet individual needs and goals.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality 1-to-1 coaching sessions for players aged 4+ (from beginners to professional level). Adapt session plans to suit age, ability, and personal objectives. Provide feedback, encouragement, and technical/tactical guidance. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all players. Represent the club/organisation in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
FA Level 1/Introduction to Coaching Football (minimum) or equivalent qualification. Experience working with children and/or adults in a coaching environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to player development. A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). First Aid and Safeguarding certifications (desirable but can be supported).
