As we expand our global sourcing footprint, we are seeking an experienced International Purchase Manager to strengthen our supply chain.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on International Purchase Manager to lead our sourcing activities. The ideal candidate will have

direct experience managing manufacturing and supplier relationships in China and Turkey

, with a focus on consumer goods, souvenirs, and textiles. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for products such as magnetic socks, umbrellas, winter accessories, and souvenirs from

key regions (China, Turkey, and India)

.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable manufacturers and suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.

Manage end-to-end production processes, including sample development, quality control, and compliance with UK standards.

Oversee international logistics, shipping, and customs clearance to ensure seamless delivery to our UK warehouse.

Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, logistics) to align sourcing with business goals.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience (3+ years) in international procurement

, specifically sourcing

consumer goods (e.g., textiles, souvenirs, accessories) from China and Turkey

.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and logistics.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Familiarity with UK import regulations, customs procedures, and compliance standards.

Eligibility for UK Skilled Worker Visa (requires relevant degree or equivalent experience).

Desirable Skills

Experience with sourcing from China, Turkey and india.

Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS).

Background in the gift, souvenir, or promotional products industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
