We are known for our large showroom, which boasts 3 floors of sofas, dining, bedroom furniture, and accessories.
However, we are most proud of our incredible customer feedback for experience, service, delivery, product variety and quality.
About the Role
We're looking for a confident, energetic and motivated
individual
to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking to customers, working as part of a team, and earning commission, this could be the perfect role for you.You'll be responsible for delivering great customer experiences while driving sales and achieving individual targets.
Key Responsibilities
Engaging customers in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable way Recommending the right products or services Meeting and exceeding your targets and KPIs Providing excellent customer service at all times Working as part of a supportive sales team
What We're Looking For
Confident communicator with a positive attitude Sales or customer service experience preferred (not essential) Customer-focused and self motivated. Reliable, punctual, and professional Willingness to learn and develop
