Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction practices. This role involves working on projects, including residential and commercial builds, where precision and craftsmanship are paramount. The Joiner will be responsible for building indoor and outdoor saunas. You will also assist on Hot Tub Installations and delivery of Saunas/Hot Tubs to our UK dealers.

Responsibilities

Build Saunas with high-quality workmanship. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Read and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects. Participate in restoration projects including water damage restoration and mold remediation. Execute flooring installation and heavy lifting tasks as required by project specifications. Collaborate with team members on construction site duties while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Provide maintenance person services as necessary to support ongoing projects. Provide support to the Hot Tub Installation team as required Deliver saunas and hot tubs to dealers around the UK as required and provide support to dealers building their own saunas.

Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields is essential. Strong skills in woodworking, roofing, metal stud framing, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, and construction painting are desirable. Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory. Must be capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding work associated with construction tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required for successful project completion. A valid driver's license may be required based on job site locations. Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
