Im looking for a experienced Joiner/muti trade tradesman for small scale projects in and around Ayrshire.
We develop and refurbish flats and houses. You will lead the project, managing existing sub contractor trades as well as carrying out the joinery work on the job.
You will work with the office staff to administer the trade account for materials.
Support will be provided by the office management staff and the existing tradesmen.
We are an established and experienced company who have been trading in the area for 16 years.
Working terms are standard Monday to Friday. We are open to make the role a fully employed or self employed position.
Its a dynamic role with new jobs and new challenges every month.
Driving licence essential.
