Looking for a part time / self employed joiner with a good knowledge of other trades and experience in property change over and maintenance
happy to discuss part time hours if applicant happy to give hours weekly although not necessarily needed for 40 hours although 40 hours is achievable if prefered
Must have licence and own transport although van is provided for working hours but not for after hours
good working conditions and a good small team to work with
works will include property refurbishment in empty properties for sale or rent and some general maintenance for letting agents inside rented properties
UPDATE - a grasp of other trades a must
REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
Experience:
Joinery: 7 years (preferred)
Carpentry: 7 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
