Key Responsibilities:
Measuring Up Works
: Accurately measure and assess site requirements to ensure precise execution of joinery/building tasks.

Setting Out
: Plan and set out building work to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Managing Subcontractors and Trades
: Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensuring effective communication and adherence to project plans.

Quality Control
: Maintain rigorous quality standards, conducting inspections to ensure all work meets Fit Out UK's expectations and client requirements.

Project Coordination
: Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman or similar role in the fit-out or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of building techniques, materials, and processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
High attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent).
Full UK driving licence.
