We're looking for a
self-driven Marketing Manager
to take ownership of our brand presence -- capturing the quality of our work, creating engaging content, and managing our digital communications.
The Role
This is a creative, hands-on position involving regular visits to project sites to capture
photo and video content
, as well as managing our
website, social channels, and marketing materials
. You'll play a key role in how the company presents itself to clients, partners, and potential recruits.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and produce
photo and video content
across London project sites
Manage and grow
social media channels
(Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write
copy
for social posts, website updates, and marketing materials
Maintain and update the
company website
Develop professional
onboarding, service information and recruitment docs/content
Ensure all marketing output aligns with brand guidelines and handbook
About You
Undergraduate degree
in Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred)
Confident using photography, videography, and editing tools
Strong written communication and copywriting skills
Creative, proactive, and
highly self-motivated
Organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
Confident working independently and visiting construction sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Graduate
Pay: 25,000.00 per year
