Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of supply chain management, mechanical systems, and business processes.

Duties

Manage daily production activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality control standards. Oversee the assembly process and ensure that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Manage the QA process and make sure reports are being carried out. Conduct regular inspections of machines & workshop general safety. Train, mentor, and develop production staff to foster a culture of teamwork. Work together with Construction Director to achieve delivery dates.

Requirements

Proven backround in joinery production or doorset manufacturing Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge of 5 axis CNC and other woodworking machinery with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Understanding of reading CAD drawings and transposing into CNC programming. Demonstrated ability to implement quality control measures and continuous improvement practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. AutoCAD experience preferred but not essential
