Job Description

The main responsibilities and requirements of the role will include:

As the Plant's subject matter expert (SME) providing technical assistance in all body joining matters (welding, adhesives & sealants) Working closely with production and maintenance teams to identify technical bottlenecks and provide technical solutions Working with production to improve weld efficiency and quality Improving adhesive performance and anti-corrosion aspects Liaising with CCRW Training Maintenance personnel Supporting Body shop engineering as part of a multi functional team Supporting model launch and engineering change programmes

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

Be a time-served Electrical/Mechanical/Multi-Skilled engineer Have a HNC qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate others Effective work / time management skills Good communication skills at all levels
