PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 27,600 - 37,050 plus London Weighting depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role combines leading the BBC3 Catch Up presenter lineup, with producing fast-paced and dynamic output for the News Channel. It's perfect for a multi-skilled journalist, with presenting experience, to grow their career in the heart of the BBC newsroom. As the lead Catch Up presenter, you'll be central to delivering news and shaping the agenda for 16-24 year olds. You'll also help the News Channel team respond to breaking news, work on flagship news programmes and produce news-making interviews.
