ABOUT THE JOB

As Production Operative, you'll be a part of a dynamic, responsive team that is driving real change at ground level. You will have a key role in ensuring our customers' orders are ready on time and with care. This is a full-time position where your shifts will be from 7am to 5pm, 40-45hrs/week, on a rotation basis including weekends and bank holidays. The job requires primarily working in a refrigerated environment between +5 and +10 degrees Celsius - we will supply you with PPE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Wash, sort, and prepare fruits for juice production. Handle and move heavy boxes of fruit and ingredients safely (manual handling). Ensure all raw materials meet quality and safety standards. Operate equipment for pressing and extracting juice. Fill, seal, and label juice containers accurately. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Clean machinery, work surfaces, and production areas to high hygiene and food-safety standards. Follow strict cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
ABOUT YOU

Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and food-handling procedures. Ability to lift heavy items safely and carry out physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team You are able to work under pressure in a time-constrained environment You are willing to learn about our seasonal products and operational procedures Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
