Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled juicer to join our team in Supershakes. This role is perfect for someone who loves delivering exceptional health focused juices / shakes and who enjoys creating memorable experiences and thrives in a friendly and dynamic environment. The role will be 40 hours per week across Mon-Sun, with flexibility and overtime available. Tips included.

Key Responsibilities:

Juicer & Customer Service:

Prepare and serve high-quality cold pressed juices & superfood shakes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every serving. Work collaboratively as part of a team, helping colleagues when required. Showcase brand through product knowledge to elevate the customer experience. Provide outstanding customer service and foster a warm, welcoming environment. Support other business sites when needed. Upselling supershakes products as well as food options.
Food Operations & Compliance:

Adhere to and enforce all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Follow and complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules using digital checklists. Ensure stock rotation and waste management processes are in place and followed. Use company apps and digital systems for checklists, temperature logging, and compliance tracking. Prepare food and assist with stock replenishment. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in line with health & safety regulations.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the management team to maintain smooth operations. Communicate effectively with teams to ensure a seamless service. Support other members of the team in food displays. Check through and read weekly events summary. Also read all function sheets that involve you and your teams, while working towards the targets within. Work with the juicer team on site to also learn all specs of shakes / juices.
General Duties:

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional environment at all times. Monitor and manage food stock levels, placing orders as necessary. Follow company policies, including uniform standards and workplace conduct. Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Support with social media - replying to customers / improve engagements
Requirements:

Previous experience as a juicer, with expertise in organic juices, superfood shakes and health supplements. A friendly, energetic personality that creates great customer experiences. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A team player who enjoys working alongside others and supporting colleagues. Willingness to adapt and support the business across multiple sites when required. Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering excellence. Experience with event catering preparation. (this is a plus) Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
