Junior Account Executive
to join their team and focus on generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach.

The Role
This is a phone-based role focused on outbound outreach. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, making the first contact, and qualifying leads for the wider sales or account team. You'll gain hands-on experience in business development, lead generation, and relationship building -- the foundation of a successful career in commercial roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the business and its services
Qualify leads and set up meetings or follow-up calls for senior team members
Research and build prospect lists using available tools and platforms
Maintain accurate records of activity and outcomes in the CRM
Follow up on warm leads and previous conversations to keep pipelines active
Work towards individual and team-based outreach targets
What We're Looking For:
Confident and articulate communicator, especially on the phone
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Quick to learn and open to coaching and feedback
Organised and able to manage your own workflow
A positive, energetic attitude and professional manner
