What You'll Be Doing



You'll be at the forefront of our client campaigns -- driving results, developing others and contributing directly to company growth. Your role will include:

Sales & client representation:

Lead from the front, representing brands with professionalism and precision while delivering measurable sales results.

Campaign management:

Support the implementation and performance of client campaigns across diverse markets, ensuring targets are achieved and brand standards upheld.

Team leadership & development:

Assist with training and coaching junior team members, fostering a strong, motivated environment.

Strategic collaboration:

Work alongside senior management to analyse campaign data, identify growth opportunities and refine commercial strategies.

Networking & professional development:

Attend regular workshops, leadership sessions and networking events designed to accelerate your progression and industry expertise.

Future management pathway:

With proven results and leadership ability, you'll progress into managing your own clients -- overseeing a sales team, driving revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
