Junior Account Manager
to join our dynamic team and help drive client success and account growth.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for people, a knack for systems, and a desire to grow within a rapidly scaling tech company.
You'll support existing customer accounts and work closely with senior account managers to help clients get the most value from our products. As you grow into the role, you'll take more ownership of your own portfolio, with excellent opportunities for progression.
What You'll Do
Managing and nurturing client relationships
Provide friendly, proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction
Help identify up-sell opportunities across the triSaaS product suite
Support the Account Management team promote new features and product enhancements
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
Track customer performance and report on account health
Maintain accurate records in CRM and other internal systems
What We're Looking For
A warm, outgoing personality - someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in helping customers succeed
2+ year experience in a customer service, SaaS support, or hospitality environment
A basic understanding of digital systems or software platforms (CRM, task management, or P2P systems a bonus)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A motivated, goal-oriented mindset - you like a target and enjoy seeing results
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
