Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven General Account Manager to oversee and grow our customer portfolio across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key contract manufacturer, brands, and e-commerce accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships, and achieving revenue and margin targets in line with the company's growth objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the food supplement industry and consumer health trends in the UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Business Development:

Vetting potential customer leads to ensure they are inline with TSI future strategy

Identify and onboard new B2B clients, contract manufacturers, brands, and e-commerce retailers.

Manage and nurture existing customer accounts across the UK and European territories.

Develop and implement account-specific plans to drive sales, volume, and profitability.

Conduct regular account reviews to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.

Sales & Commercial Strategy:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Work closely with the sales leadership team to develop pricing, promotional, and go-to-market strategies.

Execute commercial terms, including pricing, rebates, and supply agreements.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify and respond to emerging opportunities or threats.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Liaise with internal teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Provide customer insights to support product innovation and market positioning strategies.

Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of sales, forecasts, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.

Prepare and present account performance reports to senior management.

Monitor and manage customer credit limits and payment terms in collaboration with finance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in account management or sales within the food supplements, nutraceuticals, or FMCG sector.

Strong knowledge of the UK and European health product markets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Commercial acumen and ability to interpret sales data and financial metrics.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.

Ability to travel across the UK and Europe as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field.

Multilingual skills (especially in German, French, or Spanish) are a plus.

Experience working with both traditional and digital sales channels
