The Role

Perfect for a school leaver or anyone taking their first professional step, this role blends customer care with hands?on estimating. You will learn on the job, supporting senior account managers by handling enquiries, preparing quotes and keeping projects on track.

What You'll Do

Assist the sales team by preparing accurate quotes and following them up. Talk with customers and suppliers by phone and email, logging details in our CRM. Help organise orders and ensure customer requirements are met. Work alongside design and production teams to understand how our signs are made. Answer calls and emails, providing friendly and helpful service. Build product knowledge so you can confidently advise trade customers.

What We're Looking For

No previous experience needed--full training provided. Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people. Organised and reliable with a keen eye for detail. Positive attitude and a genuine interest in creativity and design. Basic computer skills. Team player who thrives in a supportive environment.

What We Offer
