Dead On Digital builds affordable, pay-monthly websites and digital marketing packages for small businesses across the UK. We're a small team that works hard, laughs often, and doesn't take ourselves too seriously. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for a Junior Account Manager who's confident with clients, organised, and ready to develop into a full account/sales role over time. If you enjoy helping people, like working in a supportive but fast-moving environment, and want a genuine career in digital, without the corporate nonsense, you'll fit right in at Dead On Digital.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the main point of contact for existing clients Handling day-to-day questions, updates, and general requests Managing upgrades, add-ons, and upsells as clients' needs grow Working closely with our design, development, and marketing teams Coordinating projects to keep everything moving smoothly Keeping CRM notes tidy and tracking client progress Spotting opportunities to improve client accounts and add value

Progression & Development

This role starts with account management, but it doesn't end there.Once you're confident with our services and clients, you'll gradually move into sales, handling warm leads, consultations, upgrades, and eventually your own portfolio. We offer proper training, support, and a clear progression path.If you're ambitious and want to earn more as you grow, this role is built for that.

What We're Looking For

Confident communicator who can build relationships easily Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts Interested in websites, digital marketing, and how small businesses grow Problem-solver who's not afraid to ask questions Someone who's comfortable in a small team where things move quickly Ambitious and keen to progress into a sales-driven role later on
Experience in account management, customer service, or sales is helpful, but personality, attitude, and willingness to learn matter more.
