Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the charge in growing and optimising our online sales presence across top-tier marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, Wilko and Robert Dyas. You'll be at the heart of driving digital sales growth, ensuring our plant and outdoor living ranges shine online. We're a tight-knit team with big ambitions. You'll be part of a supportive, energetic environment where your contributions make a direct impact. This is a role for someone who wants to grow with us and build something great.

Responsibilities

Own and accelerate performance across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring every listing is sharp, competitive and geared for conversion. Build and execute smart, data-led sales strategies that drive visibility, grow market share and increase revenue. Ensure listings are accurate, SEO-optimised and visually compelling, particularly for our seasonal and botanical collections. Collaborate closely with internal teams (buying, logistics, marketing, customer service) to deliver a seamless customer journey. Monitor, report, and refine digital advertising campaigns to drive incremental growth. Take the lead in strategic conversations, offering fresh ideas and leading by example. Use your plant or horticultural knowledge (or curiosity!) to make smart merchandising decisions and tap into emerging customer trends.
