Jewel Energy Limited is growing business within the Utility industry and seeking a Junior Account Manager to continue and be part of this growth.. This role is ideal for an organised, motivated individual who takes pride in their work and is eager to develop within a fast?moving environment. The role will be best suited to a candidate with drive, creative ideas and who wants to progress in life.
Key Responsibilities
Managing daily accounts, including monitoring money in and out and updating internal spreadsheets
Maintaining and updating the monthly balance sheet forecast
Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries and obtain required information
Supporting the Account Manager with day?to?day duties
Contacting clients to offer assistance, provide updates, or chase outstanding payments
Data accuracy & digital record-keeping, using CRM systems
Processing new business and ensuring documentation is accurate
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
Collaborating with our sales team to promote growth within our business
Integrating into the larger team and being proactive in meetings
