Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a UK-based technology business operating within the security and surveillance sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint Junior Account Managers to support existing customer accounts and assist with identifying new commercial opportunities.

This role is suitable for someone at an early stage of their career who is interested in account management, client relationships, and structured professional development, with progression into an Account Manager role.

About the Company

Our client provides technology solutions that support organisations with site security and monitoring. Their services include mobile CCTV, body-worn cameras, software solutions, and managed security services.

They work with a range of organisations across the public and private sectors and continue to expand their operations within the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client queries Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts Support senior Account Managers with account reviews, renewals, and proposals Build product and service knowledge to support customer needs Complete structured onboarding and ongoing training programmes

Training and Development

Structured onboarding programme Role-specific training and ongoing coaching Clear internal development and progression opportunities
This role provides exposure to account management, customer support, and commercial processes.
