We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. To manage a dedicated portfolio of developing and established clients, focusing on driving sales growth and ensuring successful project execution from concept brief to full-scale production.

Duties
Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients, understanding their brand vision and new product requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Generate and follow up on new business leads, pitching the companies capabilities and value proposition.
Identify new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research.
Prepare detailed commercial proposals, quotes, and project timelines for clients.
Collaborate closely with the Administration team to monitor project progress and address commercial issues promptly.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, client data, and contact reports in the CRM system.
Conduct negotiations to secure deals that align with company goals while meeting client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, packaging, R&D and leadership to deliver tailored solutions.
Provide analysis on client needs, market trends, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth account transitions.
Requirements
Proven experience or strong interest in negotiation, B2B sales, or account management roles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities.
Experience or knowledge in the personal care industry, sales, or marketing is a plus.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to conduct warm calling effectively and professionally.
