As we continue to grow, we are expanding our account delivery team and seeking a motivated individual to join us. This role is based at our central Newbury head office, with the flexibility for some home working.

Role Summary



As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our school outreach programmes and client campaigns. You will support day-to-day project operations, nurture relationships with partner schools and clients, and ensure activities are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with our company values. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting young people through impactful educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Project & Campaign Delivery



Support the end-to-end delivery of school outreach campaigns, ensuring all activities meet project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. Assist in the delivery of larger client accounts, contributing to project planning, logistics, scheduling and stakeholder communication. Monitor campaign performance and proactively escalate risks or challenges, ensuring commercial and operational targets remain on track.

Client & School Relationship Management



Serve as a key point of contact for partner schools and assigned clients, building strong and positive relationships. Manage school engagement activities, ensuring teachers, students, and partners receive outstanding support and clear communication. Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, improve delivery processes, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Data Management and Reporting



Maintain accurate project information, CRM records, and documentation to support real-time reporting and analysis. Track engagement data, compile insights, and prepare clear, robust reports for internal and client use. Ensure compliance with company processes, safeguarding policies, and data-management standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Salary:



24,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on experience, based on full time working hours (35 per week) Term time / Full time and flexible hours considered.
