Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Perform regular bank reconciliations and support monthly cashflow reporting Assist in maintaining and reconciling the general ledger Support month-end close procedures, including journal postings and reporting schedules Engage with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial queries and supplier relationships Contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance workflows Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities under guidance from senior accountants Participate in the development and implementation of financial controls and compliance measures

Development & Progression

Structured exposure to end-to-end finance functions to build strong commercial understanding Supported training in accounting systems and reporting tools Mentorship from qualified accountants with opportunities to shadow Management Accounting functions Clear trajectory towards Management Accountant responsibilities such as cost analysis, variance reporting, and strategic planning
