Client Manager level

The Perfect Candidate Will Tick The Boxes Below:

AAT qualified or part-qualified (P/Q) 2+ years' UK accountancy practice experience

Expert Xero setup skills

, including: Shopify ? Xero integration Amazon/eBay integration Stock system integrations GoCardless setup Dext/Hubdoc/Autoentry integration Custom reports and bespoke chart of accounts Benchmarking tools like Fathom Able to review an existing Xero setup, spot gaps, and design best-in-class solutions Confident working directly with clients on system improvements

WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

8:00am - Coffee and team check-in
8:30am - Review a new client's Xero setup and make recommendations
10:00am - Integrate Shopify or Amazon into Xero
12:00pm - Lunch break
1:00pm - Build custom reports and bespoke chart of accounts
2:30pm - Implement GoCardless or Dext integrations
4:00pm - Work alongside a Client Manager to deliver solutions
5:30pm - Wrap up, finalise tasks, plan tomorrow
6:00pm - Head home (Fridays are always yours!)

The Nitty Gritty:

We work out of our office in

Altrincham (WA14)

. It's modern, set up with the latest cloud tools, and you'll be part of a small, close-knit team that's serious about doing great work without the politics or timesheets.

We pay a full-time salary, but our hours are

8am-6pm, Tuesday to Friday

-- which means a permanent 3-day weekend.

This is a new role, so you'll have the chance to shape it, own it, and move up fast.
