The Perfect Candidate Will Tick The Boxes Below:

o 2+ years'

UK accountancy practice experience

o Confident leading client meetings and reviewing files o Strong knowledge of

FRS102

o Skilled with

Xero

(and other cloud systems) o Enjoys adding value, not just chasing deadlines o Full UK driving licence and able to travel to Altrincham

WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

8:00am - Coffee and team check-in 8:30am - Review accounts, CT600s, SATRs 10:30am - Meet with a business owner, explain their numbers in plain English 12:00pm - Lunch break (and maybe a walk) 1:00pm - Handle client queries / HMRC questions 2:00pm - Review and support work from the offshore delivery team 3:30pm - Use our Value Gap reporting system to spot opportunities for clients 5:30pm - Wrap things up, finalise notes, and plan for tomorrow 6:00pm - Head home (Fridays are yours!)

The Nitty Gritty:

We work out of our office in

Altrincham (WA14)

. It's bright, modern, and set up with all the cloud-based tech and tools you'll need to do your best work.

We pay a full-time salary, but our working hours are

8am to 6pm, Tuesday to Friday

-- which means you never work Mondays. (Yes, a permanent 3-day weekend. No catch.)
