About Natrio UK
Natrio UK is the newly established trading arm of the Natrio Group, a global leader in dry bulk logistics and chemical distribution with operations across Brazil, Colombia, Australia, China, and Europe. The UK office will support global trading flows, supplier coordination, financial routines, and administrative operations.
The Junior Accounting & Administrative Assistant will support the day-to-day financial, administrative, and trade-related activities of Natrio UK.
This is a junior role suitable for someone organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in accounting, operations, and international trade.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
Enter invoices, bills, expenses, and payments into the accounting software.
Support basic bookkeeping routines (debits/credits, VAT coding, reconciliations).
Prepare supporting documents for month-end activities and for the external accountant.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable tracking.
Organise financial files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Foreign Trade Support
Assist in preparing commercial invoices and simple trade documents.
Help maintain shipment records, purchase orders, and customer/supplier files.
Liaise with suppliers or internal teams for documentation when needed.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of trade data in internal systems.
General Administration
Provide administrative support to the Company Director.
Maintain organised electronic files and internal databases.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office routines.
Support compliance tasks (KYC, registration forms, vendor onboarding).
Coordinate with other Natrio offices (Ireland, Brazil, Australia) for routine documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
Basic accounting knowledge (bookkeeping principles, invoice entry, reconciliations).
Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Some experience in foreign trade, logistics, or documentation (e.g., preparing invoices) is a strong plus.
Prior administrative experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage routine tasks reliably.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Desired Profile
Junior professional (1-3 years of experience).
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a small office and interacting with colleagues internationally.
Discreet and trustworthy with financial information.
Interested in growing into broader accounting or trade operations responsibilities
