Job Overview:



We are looking for a Junior Admin Person to assist with the smooth running of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that assigned duties are completed. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in an administrative capacity with a future in accountancy.

Key Responsibilities:



Processing Post:

Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and manage courier services.

Sending Out Letters:

Draft, format, and send out various types of correspondence, including client letters and internal communications.

General Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the team, including photocopying, filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.

Client Interaction:

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Data Entry:

Accurately input data into our systems and maintain client records.

Appointment Scheduling:

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining the team's calendars.

Document Management:

Assist with the organization and maintenance of both physical and electronic files.

Assisting with Reports:

Support the preparation and distribution of financial reports and documents as needed.

Office Maintenance:

Ensure the office is kept tidy and organised.

Requirements:



Education:

A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.

Skills:



Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
