We are a well-established commercial tiling contractor based in Clerkenwell, Central London, seeking a reliable and organised Junior Administrative Assistant to join our office team. Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the office team
Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner
Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with the management of suppliers, deliveries, and basic logistics
Handling incoming and outgoing emails
Filing, data entry, and document management
Supporting day-to-day office operations and other general office duties as required
Skills & Experience
Computer literate with experience using basic software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
Some previous administrative or office-based experience preferred
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Well organised with good attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
