Responsibilities
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries accordingly
Support the preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and MS Teams applications
Maintain organised records and ensure accuracy in all data entry activities
Schedule appointments, organise meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members
Support invoicing, billing, and other clerical duties as required
Contribute to maintaining an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment
Qualifications
Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated professionalism with good phone etiquette and communication skills
