We're on the hunt for a passionate and motivated Junior Affiliate & Partnership Executive to join the team. Reporting directly to the Partnerships Lead, and working closely with our Partnerships Executive, you'll kickstart your career in a supportive and experienced environment.

About the role



In the competitive world of travel, affiliate publisher partnerships are key to connecting with new customers and driving growth. Our strategy in this area has been a big part of our success.

We work with some of the world's most trusted payment brands, including Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, and PayPal. As Junior Affiliate Executive, you'll help execute our partnership strategy and co-marketing plans, tailored to fit each partner.

This role needs someone creative. You'll pitch exciting marketing campaigns to our partners, helping to showcase Alternative Airlines to their customers. You'll also monitor how we're featured in partner channels and come up with fresh ways to make our presence stronger.

Sitting within our Customer Acquisition & Marketing team of 10 people, you'll help create co-marketing campaigns for email, social media, and more. You'll also act as a go-between, sharing updates on new products with our Commercial and Tech teams. Plus, you'll produce regular performance reports for key stakeholders.

What you'll be doing



Collaborating with our Partnerships and Affiliate team to craft tailored affiliate plans for each partner. Pitching creative marketing campaigns to our partners, helping to introduce Alternative Airlines to their audiences. Keeping a close eye on our presence across partner channels--like shop directories, websites, and other marketing spaces--and finding ways to stand out. Thinking outside the box to secure extra features and more visibility with our partners. Working closely with the Customer Acquisition & Marketing team and Design team to create eye-catching promotional materials and campaigns that meet partnership goals. Monitoring partner performance, including traffic and conversion rates, to uncover opportunities for growth. Sharing regular updates on performance metrics with key stakeholders and offering actionable insights every week. Acting as the go-to contact between Alternative Airlines and our partners, keeping everyone in the loop on new products and updates. Staying in the know about industry trends, competitor moves, and the latest affiliate marketing strategies to keep us ahead of the game. Managing and optimising new publisher relationships through Awin to maximise their potential.

Experience / skills



Experience in a similar role or the ability to demonstrate a working knowledge An interest in affiliate marketing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in working on marketing campaigns and projects with external companies/clients. You must be a people person and enjoy building and maintaining relationships with people outside of the company. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, analytics tools, and tracking platforms. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The flexibility to work across and liaise with multiple teams within the organisation.
