Role Summary
We are looking for a Junior Agency Partnership Strategist to join us at Mail Metro Media, you will play a key supporting role in delivering creative, integrated partnership ideas that drive commercial success for Mail Metro Media. You'll work alongside the Partnerships Strategy team to help shape responses, build relationships with agency partners, and bring ideas to life across our portfolio of brands.
This is a collaborative, hands-on role perfect for someone with energy, curiosity and a desire to build a career in media partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
Support the development of partnership responses that combine creativity, insight and innovation
Contribute ideas during brainstorms and help shape cross-platform concepts
Assist in building pitch decks, case studies and post-campaign analysis (PCAs)
Help ensure every pitch is engaging, original and tailored to client needs
Build strong working relationships with agency partnerships and planning teams
Assist in identifying proactive and reactive opportunities early in the planning process
Use Mail Metro Media's audience insights to help demonstrate our value to partners
Work closely with Insights, Campaign Delivery and Project Management to support the rollout of partnership campaigns
Collaborate with Creative and Commercial Editorial teams to help maximise campaign impact
Support KPI tracking and measurement to demonstrate campaign success
Stay connected to creative, cultural and industry trends to understand what great branded content looks like
Keep up to date with competitor activity, new formats, and product innovations
Contribute to proactive partnership strategies that tap into seasonal, cultural and news moments
Be a visible advocate for Mail Metro Media's partnership offering, internally and externally
Person Specification
1-2 years' experience in media, partnerships or creative production (agency or media owner)
A genuine passion for media, storytelling and creative thinking
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
Confidence communicating and collaborating across teams
A good understanding of digital, social and print media
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
