We are looking for a motivated and reliable

Junior Air Conditioning Engineer

to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the HVAC industry. Based in the West Midlands, the role involves regular travel across England and Wales to support senior engineers on two-person jobs, assist with site logistics, and help ensure the smooth delivery of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers on site with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to site in a timely and organised manner Support safe working practices on site and maintain a clean, safe work environment Follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively as part of a team Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors Work both independently and under supervision when required Complete basic documentation and job reports as needed

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence

FGAS qualification

(essential)

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to travel and work away from home when necessary Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Excellent timekeeping and reliability Previous experience in air conditioning or mechanical trades
All necessary training and development will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 29,789.28 per year
