Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with senior architects to bring innovative concepts to life. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of architectural designs and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup. Collaborate with senior architects to develop project concepts and presentations. Participate in site visits and surveys to gather data for design projects. Prepare detailed drawings, models, and visualisations using 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, and NavisWorks. Support the negotiation process with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Contribute to the selection of materials and finishes, including joinery details. Assist in the coordination of project documentation and specifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Skills

Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, and NavisWorks. Strong understanding of CAD principles and practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks efficiently. Knowledge of building regulations and construction methods is advantageous.
