About the Role

We are looking for a motivated

Junior Architectural Technician

to join our technical design team. This role is ideal for someone with early-stage experience or recent qualifications who wants to develop their skills in construction detailing, building regulations, and technical drawing production.

You'll work with senior technicians, architects, and project managers, supporting the production of high-quality technical information for planning, tender, and construction stages.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and amend CAD drawings under the guidance of senior staff Assist in preparing technical drawing packages and construction details Support compliance checks against Building Regulations and industry standards Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants Assist with producing schedules, specifications, and technical documentation Help respond to technical queries during design and construction phases

About You

HNC/HND or Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit experience a bonus but not essential) Good understanding of basic construction methods and detailing Eagerness to learn Building Regulations and NHBC standards Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Good communication and teamwork skills
